In a fascinating error, a in-state personnel handbook maintained that gays and lesbians cannot be discriminated against in NC state's hiring practices. But this seems to be an uncomfortable mistake. Sadly, the obverse is true...is that right?
For a moment, I imagined a state in which discrimination against those of us who are LGBTQ was against the law.
